A few things you should know about me #1: I love film (watching, making, analyzing) and film folks (directors, cinematographers, actors, gaffers, producers, HMA, G&E, etc, etc - you name it. Love ‘em (Crafty FTW).).

This was in response to me telling her I love her, two days before she passed away.
She was exhausted and breathing with an oxygen mask on, but she never gave up. I will always admire her and aspire to be even a sliver as relevant, progressive and loving as she was. She never quit. She never let the dark side of life hold her down. And she told cancer to go to hell by smiling every day she had it. She continued to make friends - living as she always did. She left this life in early 2010 on my birthday, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of her for inspiration and guidance. Her memory keeps me going after my own goals - making sacrifices - learning from mistakes - and trying to do it all the right way… with integrity.
It’s not easy. It’s just life.
